LekkerAI is an early-stage business operating from South Africa. LekkerAI is used as a trading name and is not presented on this website as an incorporated LLC.

Users may choose to provide their name, email address, business details, project information and other details when sending an email or booking a meeting.

Email links open the user's email application. The website does not send an enquiry on the user's behalf or store an enquiry in a LekkerAI database.

If the user reviews and sends the draft, the user's email provider and LekkerAI's email provider process the resulting email. Opening a draft does not mean that it has been sent.

The demo page uses an embedded Cal.com scheduler after you accept optional cookies or choose “Load booking calendar”. You can also open Cal.com directly. Cal.com processes booking information under its own terms and privacy notice. LekkerAI receives the information needed to arrange and conduct the requested meeting.

Information received through email or a booking process may be used only to:

• respond to enquiries;
• assess project fit;
• prepare for and conduct requested meetings;
• maintain relevant business correspondence;
• protect the website and communications where necessary.

Optional visitor analytics from Lovable are blocked until you choose “Accept optional”. Accepting allows page-view tracking and a session-id cookie that lasts up to 30 minutes. Rejecting blocks these analytics requests and removes that cookie.

Your cookie choice is saved in this browser for 180 days. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change it. Essential functions remain available after rejection. Loading the Cal.com calendar separately allows its booking cookies without enabling website analytics.

Hosting infrastructure may process technical request logs when serving the website. The current application code does not determine the provider's logging or retention arrangements, which require confirmation before final launch.

Email providers process messages a user chooses to send. Cal.com processes information provided through the booking scheduler. The current build configuration targets Cloudflare by default, but the final production hosting arrangement remains to be confirmed.

Enquiry and booking correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the prospective or active business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. A more specific retention schedule will be adopted as the service and legal structure are finalised.
