Lekker AI is an early-stage business operating from South Africa. Lekker AI is used as a trading name and is not presented on this website as an incorporated LLC.

Users may choose to provide a name, email address, company, website, product or category information, an enquiry message, and other information included in a prepared email.

The current contact and demo-enquiry forms prepare a draft through the user's email application. The website does not submit that form to a Lekker AI database in the current implementation.

If the user reviews and sends the draft, the user's email provider and Lekker AI's email provider process the resulting email. Opening a draft does not mean that it has been sent.

Once configured, booking links may direct users to Cal.com. Cal.com processes booking information under its own terms and privacy notice. No Cal.com URL is currently hard-coded in this website.

Information received through email or a booking process may be used only to:

• respond to enquiries;
• assess project fit;
• prepare for and conduct requested meetings;
• maintain relevant business correspondence;
• protect the website and communications where necessary.

The current application code does not include a first-party analytics or advertising integration. The rendered marketing routes do not currently write application data to localStorage or sessionStorage or set a first-party application cookie.

Hosting infrastructure may process technical request logs when serving the website. The current application code does not determine the provider's logging or retention arrangements, which require confirmation before final launch.

Email providers process messages a user chooses to send. Cal.com may process booking information after a booking URL is configured. The current build configuration targets Cloudflare by default, but the final production hosting arrangement remains to be confirmed.

Enquiry and booking correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the prospective or active business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. A more specific retention schedule will be adopted as the service and legal structure are finalised.
